For 13 years, Steve Martin worked tirelessly behind the scenes to keep Kellogg running smoothly with kindness, compassion, ingenuity, and the savvy skills to solve nearly any problem that came his way. His steady presence, creative problem-solving, and willingness to help anyone in need made a difference every single day.
David Terhaar devoted 32 years to Kellogg and 37 years to education. A true pinnacle of the third floor for 32 years, all in the same classroom, David inspired generations of students through his passion for science, constant innovation, and unmatched ability to adapt his teaching throughout each class period to keep students engaged and excited to learn. His passion for education inspired not only his students, but also his colleagues, and his impact will be felt for years to come.
Their impact reaches far beyond the walls of our building, and while they will be greatly missed, their legacy will continue through the countless lives they touched. Thank you, Steve and David, for everything you have given to Kellogg.
